Ryan Roegge - President

Ryan founded Love in Action DC in September 2024, driven by a desire to serve those in need and foster community among the city's isolated individuals. With a background in management consulting, he brings strategic leadership to the organization while actively serving on the prayer team at Passion City Church DC. His passion lies in mobilizing volunteers to make a tangible impact through acts of service and meaningful connections.

Connor Randol - Board Member

Connor brings expertise in strategic marketing, social media management, and photography, using his skills to amplify the mission of Love in Action DC. Having lived in Washington, DC, for four years, he is passionate about helping people build meaningful connections and find a deeper sense of community. As our Social Media Manager and a team lead during Love in Action events, he plays a key role in engaging volunteers and sharing stories of impact.

Kenneth McIntyre - Board Member

Kenneth assists Love in Action DC as our Community Outreach Lead and a team lead during events. Passionate about serving the marginalized, he is committed to building lasting structures of support and fostering a culture of love and care throughout the city.
